From enquiry to handover

1. We check you're a good fit

Once you enquire, we'll have a conversation to make sure this is right for you. You need 6+ months experience and £5,000+ cashflow - we don't want new sellers wasting money on VA wages when they can grow cheaper first.

2. Contracts & payment

Once we agree it's a good match, you'll receive a contract detailing your commitments - fortnightly VA pay at an agreed rate, regular feedback, and management expectations. The VA also signs a contract on their end. Payment is taken before training begins.

3. 2-week intensive training

Your VA enters a 2-week intensive training programme led by a 7-figure seller. They learn multiple sourcing methods, vetting, pricing, and workflow. Week 2 is live sourcing with daily feedback. They must pass tasks to complete training.

4. Handover & support

Once training is complete and all tasks are passed, the VA is handed over to you. We stay in touch for the next 2 weeks to support the transition. After that, they're fully yours.

A VA is an ongoing cost on top of your stock purchases. If you're brand new to Amazon FBA, you're better off growing your cashflow first and learning the basics yourself - there are cheaper ways to do that. We don't want sellers wasting money on expensive VA wages before they're ready. Once you've got some sales under your belt and the cashflow to support it, a VA becomes a genuine game-changer.
First we check you're a good fit. Once that's agreed, you'll receive a contract that details all requirements from your side - including paying your VA fortnightly at the agreed rate and providing regular feedback.
