- Payment information — when you purchase tokens, payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe may store payment method information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
- Transaction data — records of token purchases, lead purchases, cancellations, and supplier earnings.
- Supplier information — if you apply as a lead supplier, we collect your PayPal email address for payouts.
- Usage data — pages visited, leads viewed, and general platform activity to help us improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Process token purchases and lead transactions.
- Process supplier payouts via PayPal.
- Send important account-related emails (verification, password reset, purchase confirmations).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- Improve the platform based on usage patterns.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:
- Stripe — to process payments securely.
- PayPal — to process supplier payouts (PayPal email only).
- Email service providers — to send transactional emails.
- Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We will never share your purchase history, lead data, or sourcing activity with other users.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

- Essential cookies — required to keep you logged in and manage your session. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, including pages visited and time spent. These cookies are only set if you give consent via our cookie banner. Google Analytics data is anonymised and we do not use it to personally identify you.
