1. About Lead Locker

Lead Locker is operated by Arbitrage Consulting LTD. It is an online marketplace that connects Amazon FBA sellers who need sourcing leads with verified suppliers who provide them. By creating an account or purchasing leads on this platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Lead Data & Accuracy

All lead information — including buy price, sell price, FBA fees, referral fees, VAT, profit estimates, and ROI calculations — is provided “as-is” at the time of publication. We do not guarantee that this data will remain accurate after publication.

Prices at the source retailer and on Amazon can change at any time. Stock availability, listing conditions, and fee structures are all subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify all data before making any purchasing or listing decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Lead Locker, Arbitrage Consulting LTD, its owners, employees, and contractors accept no liability whatsoever for:

• Intellectual property (IP) claims or complaints — including but not limited to cease-and-desist letters, brand complaints, or IP infringement claims relating to any product featured in a lead.
• Brand authorisation or gating issues — including the inability to list a product due to brand restrictions, category gating, or Amazon approval requirements.
• Price changes — at either the source retailer or on the Amazon marketplace after the lead is published, including price drops that reduce or eliminate profitability.
• Stock or availability changes — at the source retailer, including products going out of stock, being discontinued, or becoming unavailable after the lead was sourced.
• Amazon listing changes — including listing restrictions, suspensions, category changes, fee adjustments, or removal of the product from the Amazon catalogue.
• Accuracy of profit or ROI estimates — these are point-in-time calculations based on the data available at publication. They are estimates, not guarantees.
• Any financial losses — incurred from sourcing, purchasing, listing, or selling products based on leads obtained through this platform.

By purchasing a lead, you acknowledge that all sourcing and selling activity is done at your own risk. Lead Locker is a data provider, not a financial advisor.

4. Tokens & Purchases

• Tokens are purchased in advance and used to unlock leads. Token purchases are non-refundable.
• Once a lead is unlocked using tokens, the purchase is final. A 15-minute cancellation window is provided as a courtesy, with a lifetime limit of 2 cancellations per account.
• Token balances have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn.
• Premium leads cost 2 tokens per slot. Standard leads cost 1 token per slot.

5. Slot Limits & Exclusivity

Each lead has a limited number of buyer slots based on estimated monthly sales volume. Slot limits are designed to reduce competition but are not a guarantee of exclusivity. Other sellers may independently discover the same product through their own sourcing. Lead Locker has no control over the broader Amazon marketplace.

6. Supplier Terms

• Leads submitted to the platform become the property of Lead Locker for the purposes of distribution and sale.
• Supplier earnings are calculated at the applicable rate per slot sold (currently £5 for standard leads, £10 for premium leads).
• Payouts are processed monthly when the balance reaches £25 or more, or weekly upon request for balances of £100 or more.
• Lead Locker reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any submitted lead at its discretion.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. Do not share your account or login details with others.

Lead Locker reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misusing the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
